NoRA /tokyo
Keigo Kobayashi (b. Tokyo, 1978) is a licensed architect in the Netherlands and Japan, and co-founder of NoRA.
Keigo is an Associate Professor at the Department of Architecture of Waseda University since 2012. He is registered architect at the Bureau Architectenregister (SBA) of the Netherlands and First Degree Licensed Architect in Japan. He holds a Master’s Degree (MArchII) in Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, Cambridge, USA, and Ph.D. in Architecture from the Waseda University.
Keigo joined OMA in Rotterdam in 2005 where he led the design of various buildings (hotels, offices, libraries, museums, mixed-use facilities, etc.) and urban-planning projects in several Middle Eastern and North African countries until 2012. Projects he collaborated on include the Qatar Foundation HQ building, Qatar National Library, Doha Airport Hotels and Libya Ghadames Masterplan.
Upon his return to Tokyo, in 2014, he designs the Japanese Pavilion Exhibition of the Architecture Biennale in Venice. Since 2015, he is also the director of PLAT (Platform for Architecture Thinking), an NPO that organizes symposiums and architectural events in Tokyo.
小林恵吾（1978年、東京生まれ）は、オランダと日本で建築士の資格を持つ建築家であり、NoRAの共同創設者です。
2012年より早稲田大学建築学科の准教授を務めています。オランダの建築家登録局（SBA）に登録された建築士であり、日本の一級建築士でもあります。米国ハーバード大学大学院デザイン学部で建築学修士（MArchII）を取得し、早稲田大学にて博士号（建築学）を取得しています。
2005年にロッテルダムのOMAに入所し、2012年まで中東および北アフリカ諸国におけるホテル、オフィス、図書館、美術館、複合施設などの様々な建築および都市計画プロジェクトの設計を主導しました。彼が携わったプロジェクトには、カタール財団本部ビル、カタール国立図書館、ドーハ空港ホテル、リビア・ガダメス都市計画などがあります。
2014年に東京へ戻り、ヴェネツィア建築ビエンナーレで日本館の展示設計を手がけました。2015年からは、東京でシンポジウムや建築イベントを開催するNPO「PLAT（Platform for Architecture Thinking）」の役員も務めています。

Selma Maaroufi (b. Abidjan, 1979) is a licensed architect and co-founder of NoRA.
Selma’s professional journey started at RCR Arquitectes in Olot, Spain (2003-2004) where she gained experience in detailed architectural design and construction documentation on projects that include the Barcelona Library and the Winery in Peralada. She later joined One Architecture in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (2004-2009), where she led two urban projects in Paris – the GPRU Porte de Montreuil Master Plan and the Urban Study on La Défense business district in collaboration with OMA.
At OMA (2009-2017), Selma combined her architecture background with strategic planning approaches to develop large-scale districts and infrastructure hubs in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. Projects she has collaborated on include the Hamad International Airport City Masterplan and Airport Expansion Strategy in Doha, Qatar; the Detailed Masterplan for the Qatar Culture and Sports Hub; the Schematic Design for the CIFCO Trading Offices HQ in Beijing, China as well as several architectural and urban design competitions in France, the UAE and Morocco.
Selma holds a Master of Architecture degree from ENSAB, the School of Architecture of Brittany in Rennes, France.

Le parcours professionnel de Selma a commencé chez RCR Arquitectes à Olot, en Espagne (2003-2004), où elle a acquis de l'expérience dans la conception architecturale détaillée et la documentation de construction pour des projets tels que la Bibliothèque de Barcelone et la cave à vin de Peralada. Elle a ensuite rejoint One Architecture à Amsterdam, aux Pays-Bas (2004-2009), où elle a dirigé deux projets urbains à Paris – le Plan Directeur de la Porte de Montreuil (GPRU) et l'Étude Urbaine sur le quartier d'affaires de La Défense, en collaboration avec OMA.
Au sein d'OMA (2009-2017), Selma a combiné son expérience en architecture avec des approches de planification stratégique pour développer des quartiers à grande échelle et des pôles d'infrastructures en Europe, en Afrique du Nord et au Moyen-Orient. Parmi les projets auxquels elle a collaboré figurent le plan directeur de la Cité Aéroportuaire de l'Aéroport International Hamad et la stratégie d'extension de l'aéroport à Doha, au Qatar ; le plan directeur détaillé pour le pôle culturel et sportif du Qatar ; la conception schématique du siège social de CIFCO Trading Offices à Pékin, en Chine, ainsi que plusieurs concours de design architectural et urbain en France, aux Émirats arabes unis et au Maroc.
Selma est titulaire d'un Master en Architecture de l'ENSAB, l'École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Bretagne à Rennes, France.
